Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You fill in one form about your business, and we build, test and launch everything for you.
How long does setup take?
Usually 3 to 7 business days after we receive your completed form and payment, depending on the package.
Which languages does it support?
English and Arabic, and it replies in the language the client writes in.
Is my clients' data safe?
You stay in control of your clients' data. We act as your data processor under a written Data Processing Agreement, and use encryption and strict access controls.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What does WhatsApp charge?
Meta charges a small fee per business message on the WhatsApp Business Platform. We pass that on at cost.
