Terms of service

1. The service

We set up and operate WhatsApp automation for your business as described in the package you choose.

Template prepared for RT FLOW. Have it reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before you rely on it, and confirm any tax treatment with an accountant.

2. Fees and payment

A one-off setup fee and a monthly subscription, payable in advance. WhatsApp per-message charges are passed on at cost. Prices exclude VAT; VAT treatment depends on your location and status and must be confirmed with an accountant.

3. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once the build has started.

4. First-month guarantee

If your first full month's report shows no bookings or enquiries handled by the automation, we refund that month's subscription.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate prices, hours and rules; hold a lawful basis for messaging your clients; comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies; keep your account credentials secure.

6. AI output

The assistant answers from information you approve and escalates uncertain cases. You remain responsible for your services, prices and final decisions on bookings.

7. Intellectual property

Workflows and message templates built specifically for you are licensed to you for as long as your subscription lasts, and transfer to you on request when the contract ends, excluding our reusable templates and tooling.

8. Data protection

Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp.
